First time eating from this chain. Came to the online orders pick up window as directed by the text message received after placing my order online. I stood there for almost 10 minutes before someone asked me if I was waiting for something. This was after 3 other groups, two who arrived after me, placed and received their order. I replied to her question with yes I 'm standing in front of the online orders pick up window because I have an online order to pickup . After a minute or so the order has handed out the window with what I perceived as an attitude, followed by a disingenuous have a nice day . Luckily I 'm not from the area so I won 't have to worry about visiting again. Ice cream was ok I guess. I should have just went to DQ.
