Gong Cha (waverley St) - Palo Alto

My girlfriend recommend this place to me. It was very good! Not much else to say as I’m not a boba fanatic but she spoke highly of it and I enjoyed it

I usually stop by here on my way home from work when I'm in the mood for a treat. The service is pretty speedy and the tea is good, though they don't have the same breadth of options as other Bay Area boba places. The seating here is pretty limited, but it's in a good location to take a walk around University Ave w/ your tea.

Service is not the fastest. But the drink is decent. I could used a little mire tea in my milk tea. But i do enjoy having the choice of sweetness level and how much ice. Their sell their own brand of thermo tumbler, looks quite nice, i got 2.

Great place for above average bubble drinks. I'm terms of creativity, their drinks have more to offer than your local bubble tea shop. Quality is also good and consistent when compared to their other locations in the bay area.

Customer Service is horrible. I expected a better greeting from the staff as this tea store seems to be around the bay area. But the training in staff needs some work. My brown sugar milk tea was horrible. Tasted water down, 30% sweetener was not really 30% (not sure what they measure with) The milk portion of my drink tasted watery, not creamy like actual milk or even creamer.. Not worth it. Gong Cha, you won $5 from me. please train your staff and quality of drinks.
