Baskin-robbins - Palmdale

When my mom wants a sweet treat, she always asks me to pick up some Baskin-Robbins for her. She loves using the online ordering system, and I find it quick and easy to grab her order when I stop by. Last weekend, I arrived at the store at 8pm with my brother to pick up our order. The place was clean, bright, and decorated for the holidays. When the staff member brought out our order, we were surprised and burst out laughing! I had no idea what my mom had ordered, but I was expecting a turkey-themed ice cream cake with a turkey face and feathers. To our amazement, the cake looked like an actual turkey platter served for Thanksgiving. When we got home, my dad, who my mom had surprised with the cake for their anniversary, was also shocked. He initially thought it was a plastic turkey. The cake turned out to be delicious, with a caramel glaze on top and a sweet cookies n' creme ice cream filling underneath. A big thank you to the staff for creating such a fantastic cake and bringing laughter and joy to my family. I can't wait to see what else we can get from here!

The staff at this restaurant are very pleasant. I give them 5 stars. However, I found the cherry jubilee to be disappointing. It lacked a cherry flavor and tasted more like butter, which I found to be odd. I would not recommend trying the cherry jubilee.

I don't know how many years the BR location has been here but I swear I've been passing by this location for at least a decade or two, maybe longer. Either way, I'd never had the opportunity to stop here until earlier this year. I have a lil kiddo and I wanted to bring them here for that ice cream store experience, not just a little drive thru place or Rite Aid.

Very unprofessional, we waited 15 minutes for basically no service. There was 5 employees and not a single interaction what’s so ever. Everyone was pretending to be busy so they can ignore us, I asked if we can be helped and only got a glance. I’m never returning to this location, baskin robins apparently doesn’t want my business ?

The location isn't one of the best. But, it's a basic chain.Ice cream is yummy.The employees are all very nice every time we have gone.
