Hey, i noticed that you have this displayed as a vietnamese restaurant , was this a mistake? the closest thing i saw to vietnamese was maybe an american war veteran

What a nice surprise, interesting menu and great flavours. I really enjoyed the complimentary congee, they should include that on the menu. Otherwise we really enjoyed the summer rolls, chicken salad and beef noodles. Service was friendly and efficient and the restaurant had a nice vibe. We wanted to go again the following day but it wasn't open :

Fantastic Vietnamese food. Loved that place The atmosphere is relaxed and service was amazing and helpful. They gave us small an amuse bouche (small congee) and it was great! Soft Shell Crab was good as well. Crispy rolls were stuffed with meat were good. Tangy Tiger Prawns were the main highlight. Delicious!!! Pork Belly fried rice was also amazing! I was excited when I found this place in Palm springs. I genuinely wanted to give it a five-star review and rave about how great it was but unfortunately that's not the case. I'm originally from Los Angeles and we have plenty of Vietnamese restaurants in our area, I eat Vietnamese about 2 to 3 times a week so I know the flavor profiles to expect. I started with the fresh spring rolls and did not order anymore because I was so disappointed in the size for the price. Not only that but, the three pieces served are so small. Seriously, I've been to other restaurants where they serve one spring roll the size of the three combined for a third of the price. Also, how do you not serve peanut sauce with your spring rolls or lettuce with your egg rolls? I know I should not be expecting authentic Vietnamese out in the desert but honestly this did not meet my expectations. I left hungry and disappointed. I was ready to try multiple dishes and spend without a limit, The first dish brought to me made me change my mind and walk out.
