Monster Shakes - Palm Springs

Great deserts, even better customer service!! I just moved to Palm Springs and saw this driving by. I knew I had to try it. There are so many options to choose from. I originally went in to get a sundae or something like it, but decided on Dole soft serve instead; perfect choice!! I mixed a little Dole pineapple with Dole Orange, so tasty!! The manager was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all offerings. He recommended the adding a little of the Dole Raspberry soft serve to my Dole Orange soft serve (tasted like a 'Big Stick ' popsicle) and I was not disapointed. I 'll definitely come back for more as there are so many awesome choices and fantastic customer service!

We order an Oreo Cookie Coma and a Strawberry Dreams Forever shakes. Both were delicious but individually way to much for one person. It was a fun novelty eat but wouldn't get it again unless I was sharing it with three other people.

A really interesting take on classic milkshakes. Be warned, the Monster Shakes are very large and worth every penny of the $10 price tag. The shop also sells ice cream, regular shakes, shave ice, Dole Whip (in several flavours), and two energy bowls. The owner is very nice and helpful, and the service is quick and pleasant.

I have always come to location at sunrise, because it offered no sugar added options. I am diabetic and it was one of the only places that I could go and have a frozen yogurt. Today my mother and I went for yogurts and much to my disappointment there was not one no sugar added item. On the menu there was clearly listed a no sugar added chocolate. The attendant gleefully explained that this was the menu for Cathedral City, so they did not have any no sugar added items. That last part is what led me to write this review. Seriously? Really?

Even though I know it wasn't their fault about not letting people eat inside if they didn't had a covid shot the girl really made us feel like she didn't care at all and we had to eat the yogurt outside in the hot summer (2021) with a 6 year old and a 1 year old. Stores where ok to take the money after we purchase their items but we had to be kicked out like second class citizens, I feel sorry for the small businesses but I'm not ever going to purchase anything there ever, i left with sour taste.
