Haus Of Poké Ps - Palm Springs

Been a loyal fan of Haus of Poke since they opened here in CV. Love building your own bowl/customizing it to your needs.Last nite, walked in to PS location to find they’ve completely changed concept.“”Build your own” concept is gone. There are a cpl options, only 2 proteins and none of the great choices that made it fun and delicious. My tuna was not fresh, vegees were limp rice was dry/had been sitting too long. Price almost dbld from last visitBIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Food was great. I liked the poke bowl. Though my wife felt it lacked spice... we ordered the siracha. It was all good... food, ambiance and the staff getting our order... but we also ordered spam fries... it took forever. Only complaints we had. But the staff was kind enough to reimburse us when we canceled our order. They even said sorry... and we appreciate that. They also explained the cook was doing something else.... we understood.Parking: We were concerened that the nearby parking was only 3 minutes and 20 minutes... and the spam fries order took sometime to get out

Food:The quality of the ingredients was very high, with a lot of options. I like my poke with almost everything on it, and it was really wonderful ?. The spicy mayo was really flavorful and married the salmon very well.Ambiance:The interior is well decorated, keeping the same colors and theme everywhere. Very spacious with a ton of chairs inside (Palm Springs' temperature are rough in the summer). The staff was very professional and polite.Value:A little bit expensive for a poke, 2 scoops of proteins were $14.99 with increments of $2 for more. Although, you do get every toppings, sauces, and mix-ins.Vegetarian options: It's a poke, so it is primarily based on animal protein. I'm sure you can ask without, but I would just go home and make some rice with mango then.

I was in Palm Springs because my husband is in the hospital at Desert regional I really needed something healthy to eat and this was the perfect choice! They have outdoor seating for the current weather March) its right by the huge Marilyn Monroe and the art displays ? I had my order to go because of the circumstances but I would love to come back and enjoy the atmosphere The waitress who helped me was beyond professional and a great hostess???

Delicious food, great sauces and good prices. They really stuff those hand rolls. Really nice owners. Would definitely come back!
