Mcdonald's - Palm Desert

We don’t expect much of any McDonald’s but this one is just terrible!Sandwiches come all sloppy and messy, you order something extra, they don’t put at all, you order without something, they put a lot of it! Fries are pale, taste raw. I think they do it just because they hate the job and their lives and want to mess up with people. Worth drive a bit more and go anywhere else, like ANYWHERE ELSE!

I cant wait until that $20 an hour kicks in and AI replaces all the workers. Maybe then I can get what I ordered correctly. They want $20 an hour but can even do their jobs at minimum wage.

Slow service for walk ins, everything is geared to drive thru.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon to get my 7 year old who was dying of starvation chicken nuggets. Nothing like bringing your child on vacation to only have them want to eat chain food you can get at home.We went through the drive thru (no line) and placed an order, used a code from the app (not sponsored but if you don't have the app get it! Discounts on food, you earn points and can redeem for free food). Staff at the windows were friendly and got us through the drive thru quickly. Food was hot and kidlet quickly consumed.I can't say I will ever be by this McDonald's again but if so I would go there again.

This has always been the absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to in the last 32 years of living in Riverside. Very poor food poor service too! Everyone I know agrees!
