Abe Louie's - Palm Beach County

We celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary there last night!! The evening could not have even nicer. And the food was incredibly delicious!!! We had the porterhouse for two, perfect temperature!!!

I was disappointed in the seating. I had indicated that it was a party of four elders, one of whom was celebrating a birthday and requested a round table with chairs. When we arrived we were taken to a round table in a booth. My error was in requesting a round table with chairs as there are only square tables with chairs. We then were placed at a square table with chairs in the area of the kitchen. We spent $300 plus dollars. No recognition of the birthday either. We always like Abe and Louie's. The dinner on June 4, 2024 was a great disappointment.

Always great friendly service. Charlie our waiter was so attentive to our needs. The food is great. My salmon cooked perfectly baked potato was amazing and of course creamed spinach. It was my birthday so I received a brownie with their homemade whipped cream. What a delicious night!

The French onion soup and the pumpernickel bread by far were the best!! Clam chowder didn't really taste like clam chowder. We did not enjoy the Oyster Rockefeller or the crab cake. The restaurant inside is very nice and staff is attentive to needs.

Been to many steak houses but this steak was subpar. When I go to steak restaurant, I don't want to go and have a steak that taste like I can make it my house. Service was amazing but food not so much. French onion soup very good. Crab cake small and dry. Rib. Eye had no flavor. Will not be returning
