You can find ice cream in a brioche bun on nearly every corner in Palermo but it's really hard to find a vegan version of this traditional treat. So we were delighted to find a ice cream shop selling plenty of vegan ice cream flavours in a vegan brioche or cone. We liked every flavour we tried (cinnamon, hazelnut, fig, chocolate, coconut, pineapple). One brioche bun including three huge scoops of ice cream for only 3.20€ is also really cheap.
