Pathetic. I said what i wanted in the drive thru. Once i got to the window. I made sure everything i odered was correct. They said yes. Once i got my food, everything was wrong. I said no lettuce on everything 4 times. And i ended up having lettuce oneverything. I like tacos but this has happened the past 3 time. How hard is it to not put lettuce on something when someone askgor it to be left off. Pathetic. Every single time they mess up. Oh and after intold the at the window no lettuce on everything, they still did it. To hell with this place. How hard is it really

, I said what I wanted to drive. as soon as I got to the window. I made sure everything was correct. they said yes, as soon as I got my food, everything was wrong. I didn't say anything about everything four times, and I slept everything. I like tacos, but that's the last three times. how hard is it not to put anoint on something if someone ask gor to be omitted. , every time they're kidding. oh, and after entering the window no salate on everything, they still did. to the devil with this place. how hard it really is

Terrible attitudes and rude responses to asking for a minute to order.Pulled up to the drive thru to order, there was 1 car behind us and 3 ahead and when we asked for a minute to get our order together the staff stated they were being timed and if you're going to take too long then just come inside to the lobby. We were about to give our order when the staff stated that, and I have a physical disability that makes it difficult to always just go inside.We left because this was upsetting on multiple levels, but it was inconsiderate of someone if they have trouble processing the menu or like me with a physical disability. It was the worst experience and if this is how their corporate is making them run then that is despicable too.I won't be returning any time soon and I am sad how customers are getting treated.
