Kitchens Cafe - Paducah

We were looking for a lunch that was healthier than bar food as we were visiting the area and many restaurants were closed on a Monday! We read the reviews of the Kitchen Cafe and headed there. What a great lunch! I had the pork BBQ sliders, and my husbandhad a turkey wrap that came with most delicious pasta salad. I've been trying to find a recipe similar to it! They have a fewhot selections in addition to the sandwiches on the menu board. I wish we were closer. We would frequent this place!

Quick bite most certainly does not fit as a description for this cafe, especially if you are a student. Wait time is incredibly long, workers seem more interested in serving non students, and the place is overflowing with them. I do NOTreccomend this place if you are a student looking for a quick eat in between getting to your next class. Unless you ordersomething that is displayed at counter, you will wait ages to get it. However, the food is phenomenal, it just doesn 't work outas being a rather college student friendly establishment as floods of normal town goers really enjoy eatinghere. Just had the best tasting meal I 've had in a long while.

Not many places to sit, but unlike that, I can't find a problem with the place. The food was phenomenal, the service was great. So many things in the menu looked good, it took a while to decide for me. The prices were not expensive, it is in line with what I would spend in a fast food chain (about $10 or less a person) and the quality is so much better. I wish I didn't wait so long to try. The parking lot is not obvious, but you can park on the street or on the parking lot at the other end of the building.
