Mcdonald's - Oxnard

Went to the Drive thru and order lg coffee wasn't hot, I call and Brianna answered and she very nicely had me come back . I was very appreciated with the service .

It's a great place to eat, but the homeless keep begging from you. They beg from you in the drive thru at the beginning and at the end. They also beg from you if you walk in or drive out. Some sit inside and they smell really bad.

Been coming here almost daily for a while after work to get a cone. Periodically a kind young man Diego gifts me one. I never expect it. But his customer service is amazing. He is very sweet and definitely makes my day after a hard day at work. I run a business and they should be lucky to have him as an employee. Thanks Diego for the great customer service and smile on my face!

It was a bussy drive throught and they wore on it didn't take long

Well maintained McDonald's. No complaints about the food. Clean every time I go here. Bathrooms also kept clean.
