Carl's Jr. - Oxnard

My fries were cold, my cherry coke tasted like club soda but my burger was delicious. I expect better never I will go to Carl Jr again

The burger did not have any lettuce and appeared to be squashed. The bag and packaging were in perfect condition, so it was not the delivery driver's fault. The fries were cold, stale, and not fit to eat.

I was disappointed with my experience at Carl's Jr. I usually love their food, but when I ordered from the Oxnard location on Rose Avenue, my double cheeseburger came with lettuce and onions instead of just cheese. The onion rings were overcooked and rubbery, indicating they had been sitting around for a while. We ended up throwing them out. Additionally, I didn't receive the ketchup I had requested. Something seems off at the Rose location, they need to make some changes.

The chicken on my chicken club was not edible. It was not fully cooked and smelled as if it had gone bad.

Setup is kind a new… you can tell; promotions and other posters are not available by the window. The cashier was really helpful; they were out of barbeque sauce but the cashier went beyond that and gave me sauce from inside in the container.
