I've never had to write a negative review before. I recognize that being in a college town can sometimes lead to slower service, but unfortunately, this is now my second disappointing experience here.

As a truck driver, I rarely have the opportunity to order food while I'm on the road, but I had that chance today. When I placed my order online, the system didn't apply my birthday reward. Fortunately, the manager overheard my conversation with the cashier and quickly took action to resolve the issue without delaying my return to the truck. My food was ready when I arrived, and they prepared my drink fresh. The cashiers were friendly, and the manager was attentive, demonstrating that he pays attention to what's happening in the store, no matter where he is. I’m not sure if I’ll be passing through this area again, but if I do, I’ll definitely stop here with my husband for lunch.

My brother wrote a review about the food, and I thought it was fantastic. One of the cooks came out and suggested I try the nachos with brisket and BBQ sauce, claiming it was "bussing," which made me laugh. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal choice. Who would have guessed that such a handsome person could make such a delicious yet simple dish? I asked for his number, but he just gave me the restaurant's number. I'll definitely be back, Mr. Bruce! Ha ha.
