Bidrage med feedbackThe service was fast, polite and prompt.... however, that breakfast was a dumpster fire as far as quality. It was warm, just pretty awful.
Ordered: a Dave's double plain, Dave's double regular and a #7, a coke, root beer and a Frosty-cino. We got two regular Dave's and what didn't appear to be a #7. Now initially we had a communication issue cause my mom had hard time describing a plain Dave double but we had it confirmed by the sandwich cook/chef who helped us clarify our communication issues. My brother has sensory issues so we get his food plain save for like the cheese. I understand we had communication issues but after having it confirmed it was hard to understand why we got the wrong one. We found out after a bit of a drive.
It wasn't fresh. Burger was over cooked and fries cold. They weren't really busy so I'm guessing the burger was partially cooked and then over cooked when warmed.
It was food is about all I can say Should have been able to save $2 using their app. Is not a money issue, but I feel at least a couple employees should be aware of their own app. There were at least 7 employees, and they were not busy at all. We were their only customer for 10 or so minutes. The dining area was quite chilly. Nothing special.
This place has upset my stomach the last two times I ate there. I will not be back. The employees are sometimes friendly. Sometimes they act like they hate to be bothered by you walking in the door. Restroom definitely needed to be tended too.
