Huddle House - Owensboro

Me and my girlfriend went after she got off work late and there was only one clean booth open. We sat and apparently others were sat at the table being served but there was no belongings or items on the table. So we got an order taken and then was asked to move rudely to one of the other tables. Definitely do not recommend.

Terrible terrible service here and no one cares. No one acknowledged we were even there. Then when we were seated the waitress started taking our order right away and as she did I noticed the 3 behind us were leaving. I pointed it out to the waitress and she chewed us out and said it’s because people want to talk instead of order. After that completely uncalled for exchange we told Her we would just leave and she quickly turned and stormed off. The last time we were there they were also rude and people were waiting and just left. They move like snails and have no idea how to multi task and seem to never care. This is the most pathetic service I’ve ever had and I will never return to this place again and it’s literally the closest to my house. The entire team seemed to congregate behind the bar and linger there so it’s no wonder they can’t keep up and people stream in and right back out. They look at the people waiting with complete contempt. Completely unprofessional in every way. My family went there Sunday and was treated terribly by a different waitress so this is definitely a management issue. I see the manger ques up boilerplate responses yet made zero effort while all this is happening around them. Spare that here

On our way home from a family vacation in Gatlinburg. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. We try every huddle house we can when traveling. They do not disappoint.

I am from out of town and had gone to a Huddle House on a vacation so when I found out there was one near us I had to go. The service was great even though it was one server and he did fantastic. They were decently busy. The food was great also.

Really enjoyed out food. They were very busy but it didnt stop our waitress or effect our service . She was helping cook, wait tables and making sure everyone was doing well. Thanks for great service
