We came here on 10/30/21 around 8:10pm Our second time here in the last year and a birthday celebration Our server was Nick A very pleasant individual the food was delicious I highly recommend the lamb The bread taste amazing and the calamari is pretty good with the sour sauce So happy they don?t serve the calamari with marinara here! They also let us swap out our birthday dessert for something other than was listed on the card The smoked old fashioned was fabulous as always and one of the main reasons we came here again This time it was served already made and the second round came out with a corked smoke bottle unlike the first round sadly a little less of a presentation that the prior year when it had the glass dome over it but still tasted great the only minor issue was they stopped taking drink orders at 9:15 but do not close until 10 there was no warning on the early discontinuation of drinks either. Overall still a great place to eat and very relaxing atmosphere highly recommend

Enjoyable KC restaurant week experience with friends. The service was better than the food because: 1) The bisque is salty and the freshly ground pepper for this soup wasn?t offered to all diners. 2) One of the medium rare filets was over-cooked, but quickly replaced with a new one. 3) The cake part of the chocolate dessert was dry. However our server was attentive and allowed us to sit and chat for 45 mins after we paid.

Was very excited to come here because I had heard great things about this place. And it was great. We went for restaurant week. I had the Maine Crab Bisque first and it was great! Loved the flavor and the kick it had. Next I had the Maple Plank Roasted Salmon with her roasted potatoes and asparagus. The whole dish was great. The salmon was cooked well and tasted good. The roasted potatoes were great. My partner got the 6 oz center cut filet and it was very good as well. I had their lemonade to drink and it was fantastic. I love homemade lemonade.

My GF and I came here for my birthday on the 27th. The atmosphere is pretty nice with dim lighting. The service was good and our server was attentive and made sure our drinks were always refilled etc. only reason I?m giving this four stars is because I wanted the lamb racks and had asked the server as he recommended it. Then I went to order it a couple minutes later and he said they were sold out which was kind of a bummer because that?s one of the main reasons I came so I settled for the bone in rib-eye. Overall this is a great place but it gets pricy. I did appreciate the Happy Birthday Card and free dessert!

Always excellent food! Maple bourbon salmon with mushroom risotto, top sirloin -perfectly cooked- lobster Mac and cheese to die for! Loved it! Waiter was slow refilling the water.
