Rauhala used to be the Oulu Student Union building. Now a private company has a restaurant with beautiful dishes, including vegetarian.
Great settings, friendly service and good food. The wealth of memories of this place in the 90s probably gave me an additional star.
Very nice lunch and a la carte restaurant. Also great for small scale parties, weddings etc. Very good food and service.
