Sansotei Ramen - Ottawa

Had a nice lunch today in Sansotei Ramen. The service was fast and the servers were all very friendly. This was the first time we eat in the restaurant, although we often ordered takeout. It was fantastic as usual.

One of the best Tonkotsu in town A meat is juicy and delicate. Very delicious broth. Portion is also perfect! Not too much as you? ve had too much. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys ramen.

The first time here. Here as a nearby food truck was MIA. What a great alternative. All three had different dishes. All three of us loved it! We're coming back!

Excellent Japanese cuisine The surroundings of the restaurant are great. Good for casual or a date. I love the way they decorate the restaurant inside. It looks more like a Japanese house The food tastes excellent. The solf cooked egg is made to perfection. Everything tastes super serving time is fast. Came during dinner time and I didn't have to wait long on our table would definitely come back

Amazing ramen. The Blank Tonkotsu had an incredible, smoky flavour. The broth was also full of flavour. The pork belly had just the right amount of marbled fat, the meat was tender, and tasted incredible. The thick noodles were perfectly al dente . The other toppings were great (seasoned egg, woodear mushroom, scallions). The only thing I might have added was bean sprouts. But, honestly, the ramen was pretty much perfect. We also had the vegetable gyoza and zangi chicken as appetizers. Both were EXCELLENT. The gyoza were perfectly fried with just a bit of crispiness on one side while the other sides were still soft and chewy. The chicken was crispy, tender, and so flavourful but NOT greasy. So good!
