Burgers n' Fries Forever - Ottawa

I tried the original burger and fries at this restaurant. The burger was delicious with a great texture. I just wish there was an option to exclude tomatoes since you can't make special requests here. The hand-cut fries were exceptional and one of the best I've had in a while. The portion size was also very generous.

Finally, they got my order correct this time! The beef bacon was very tough and had a bad odor. Despite the Hand Cut Fries being cold, they were still okay to eat. The burger was delicious, except for the beef bacon.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to BFF. I used to be a big fan of this restaurant, especially their Shroom Burger, but the quality has gone downhill. The meat was overcooked and tough, with beef bacon stuck to the patty. Despite paying extra for extra cheese, I didn't receive any. The burger lacked flavor and the aioli was applied unevenly. I also ordered a side of Vegetarian Gravy, but received a small, lukewarm container that was empty halfway through my meal. I was so disappointed that I couldn't even finish my burger. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and not a sign of declining quality. BFF used to have great food, but my recent experience fell far short of what it used to be.

Fries are cold, stale and salty. Meat is RAW, like bright red patties, which are thin so they should be easier to cook. Prices are so expensive, and the quality is so bad.

BFFs used to be my favorite Burger community in Ottawa, until recently I will never go there again. I always go to the bank street and when I left last week, the place was dirty as soon as you came in, a big difference... last year. Also the service was not great while I was there, I think the manager screamed an African man and shaken up 2 young women's staff, I was very appalled. And the food was disgusting, tastes nothing like it used. The food was not fresh, especially the burger meat as they claim to be. I took two bites and thrown away my meal, worth $20. I don't know if it's because the new management has taken over, but I'll never walk in the franchise again. It's really a shame.
