You can never go wrong with Timmies, it’s a very nice place to sit in the morning whether it’s to look out the window or do some work while having a hot drink, and a donut.For the service, you do have to keep an open mind, considering that there are a lot of new workers there a lot of the times, so showing some patients could go a long way, and at the end of the day, it works out.My order, which is a very popular item is a farmers wrap with egg and cheese, but recently instead of getting it in a tortilla, I get it in a bagel which I’ve enjoyed more, for the sweets if you want to try something new, they always have a variety of their new dream donuts/cookies but you could never go wrong with an OG Tim Hortons donut.My drink varies on the weather, but my go to in the winter is a French vanilla, which is nice and simple but always hits the spot.Vegetarian options: From what I’ve seen, their vegetarian options have a very wide variety, considering there are a lot of sweets, but for the savoury foods, you could always ask to remove the protein.

The worst tim Hortons. I came in the morning for the coffee. I had one survey coupon code for the drinks but the front team member talked rudely and told me she will ask someone. Later, she tells me you can call out supervisor and ask her only and your supervisor was just busy in drive thru that she also ignored me. I'll recommend everyone to go anywhere else but not here. The worst customer greetings I have ever had. Please teach your staff to at least talk respectfully and if you don't know at least say no but don't ignore.

We ordered a some hot drinks and a loaded bowl to go. Got the drinks fast, but had to wait 20+ minutes to get the loaded bowl (where other locations would have taken 5 minutes max) while my wife and the 6 months old baby waiting in the car in freezing weather. About 5 people working there, nobody cared to work on my order. I had to ask couple of them about it until one girl said she would do it. By this time all of our drinks had become cold, so I had to refuse them, which they gave new drinks..Overall, not satisfied with the service.

I just started going to that location and have to admit some of the staff are really nice.But not sure why when I ask to have extra on the side cream/sweetener it's a bit hard and most of the timhorten

They couldn’t make my order in time and then the guy questioned me about my order several people had passed and got they’re order before. The place is filthy dirty.
