Patrick's Restaurant - Maple Grove

The service and the kitchen were great. the ambient and noise level was terrible. tic uneven. jammed in nearby quarters made any kind of conversation forbiding. music was loud. I was out of the kitchen.

As soon as we finally sat, our service and our food were good. but even if we had a confirmed reservation, we had to wait more than 30 minutes for one table and that was only because my man found tables that could be pushed together and the hostess asked if we could do that. I understand that restaurants are busy, but if a location will take reservations, they must honor them. several tables in the restaurant were occupied by parties who were done eating and their bills paid while we waited to sit and go long after our reservation.

We had a few generous cocktails at the bar and the bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly. we then moved to our reserved table and we were very well taken. eating was amazing and very rich. great evening.

Patrick's is one of my new favorites places to dine for all meals. My husband and I have been here for breakfast and lunch many of times but tonight was our first dinner experience. We were NOT disappointed. Great service and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband had the lamb chops and I had the braised short ribs (which were boneless). We were both very happy with our selections. We were so full we had to bring out dessert home. FYI: Their dessert selection is out of this world!

I’ve always look forward to eating there in the past. However on Valentine’s Day they were off their game. My coffee drink arrived lukewarm. The filet mignon was over done and on the cool side. Everything tasted good though.
