While this specific Peppes Pizza regularly burn their pizzas and still knowingly deliver them leaving the customer dealing with customer service* and also delivers near cold pizzas, they are not helped by the terrible website and app (which is literally their terrible website as an app and *said customer service is mostly helpless and rude. Ordered take away, was given a collection time. Upon arrival, it took several minutes before any staff appeared. Was then told in 10 min. delay. It was 15 minutes. to wait. No explanation. No regrets. While I was waiting, some customers appeared who wanted to order, but as the staff was unavailable, the customers left without ordering. Good pizza, bad service!
