Papa Johns Pizza - Oshkosh

Pizza was supposed to be cut in squares it was not and my garlic knots were burnt.

Order confirmed, and paid for. Showed ready to pick up. I get Here and they said they canceled the order but won't/can't refund me.. iv wasted an hour on this for no resolution..

I was in the area to do some fishing and decided to grab a quick bite with papa johns because that is usually my kids favorite pizza chain. After receiving my order, we were eating it on our way back home to Milwaukee and UT just didn't look the same. We ordered the original crust but what we got did not look like original crust. Whenever we ordered from the one back at home, the crust was always big and fluffly, but these looked more like pan crust. It was still flavored about the same, but the crust didnt turn out to what I was used to ordering.

There is no reason we mark our order as contactless and our delivery driver doesn’t leave it for us. He mentioned to me, rudely, he was knocking “loud enough for the police to show up” and that my neighbors called the cops. That has never happened before and we never heard any knocking neither did my roommates which is weird to me! the fact he also marked delivered when he left was also disappointing. I’m sorry but that whole interaction was very rude and no delivery driver should act like that ever. He is a front for your business and papa johns should be very disappointed.
