Just watched one of the employees answer the phone while wearing gloves but not replace their gloves after finishing their call, then proceed to make a chicken wrap.

The customer service here was absolutely phenomenal! The kind people working here really know how to show ‘cajun hospitality’ ? We asked to get some fresh chicken and we didn’t mind waiting and they did it no problem for us! During our visit, everything looked really clean and it made me tell that the nice workers here take care of the store. Definitely coming by again!

I orderred from here on UberEats hoping the quality would be of what I had 3 days prior in Cleveland, Ohio. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed.. it did not taste the same. The mild chicken was over salted and lacked flavor and spicey chicken tasted as if it should of been the mild. The Mac Cheese and mash potatoes all were missing something. I highly recommend investing in a trip around the Midwest to southern USA to learn from other owners what makes their Popeyes successful. Their spice blend is certainly superior. I think that's the missing element to this location being a 5 star. Good luck!
