I stopped eating in the garden for a lunch and I was very well. On the menu there are many gluten-free options and dishes that can be revisited to make them gluten-free. the waiters are all friendly and willing to answer the questions on the menu and they all know what the celiac is. If you pass from Orvieto, super recommended.

Great outdoor seating, full of Italians. Almost everything on the menu was GF or could be made GF. GF bread available. It was delicious!!

Just enjoyed a delicious lunch including the most amazing gluten free crème brûlée with lavender! They really understand Celiac disease and were very careful with my food. I even got my own Schar gf bread. Definitely give them a try when you are in Orvieto.

This restaurant is notable in several respects: they take gluten sensitivity seriously, the service is outstanding, and the food superb. I had the wild boar stew with mixed salad. The salad tasted like the greens had been picked minutes before being served, and the stew was tender and flavorful. To other Italian eateries, this is what you should aspire to be.
