Ron's Drive Inn - Oroville

I went to Big O tires for an oil change and since I didn't have been there before they complete thorough review including tires, rotation, brakes and alignment. I always finished new tires because my old ones will wear the tread on the outside, so why put the same tires back on when they continue to wear incorrectly I now have new tires along with alignment and my car has never run better I think the guys at Big O tires are the best they explain everything to you and show you when you ask they are there to help you. Very pleasant and great customer service. I called and made an appointment to have changed the oil in my husband truck. We left the truck in the morning and asked to be called when the work was completed. We received a call that said the oil change had ended, but that we had a fraction of the steering and axle and that it had to be repaired before the truck returned. They quoted a fair price, did the work and we could pick up the truck at the end of the day. Always great service when we take our vehicles to Big O.

Very rare I find a facility worth mentioning. This place was really a dream. Service with a smile is not a joke here. The work was out. I have to spend the day there. Hospitality was the next stage. And you can't beat that for financial help. When closing, this place has specifically set and connected the standards for all other Big Os. I'll use them again if I travel more.

Had a tire that went flat pulled into the parking lot when they approached. These guys came to help us, and when they were informed, we had a 3 hour drive ahead, they quickly changed from a replacement to get us a new tire. Great customer service, these guys rock!!

Head to stop in for an emergency flat repair on the company work truck. The tire was not repairable with a sidewall cut. They were able to replace the tire in a timely matter and give me back on the road.
