The Fire Hall Bistro - Orono

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. The food was delicious - I ordered the Ruck Chicken, Firehouse Burger, and Pommes. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, the restaurant has built a terrace for customers to enjoy.

I love the food and the surroundings. Our hostess was so friendly and made us all a delicious meal. It was worth it. Would definitely recommend giving them an attempt.

We were hoping to enjoy this restaurant, but unfortunately, we couldn't even stay to eat. The smell inside the building was unbearable! It's a shame because the interior had charm and a fascinating backstory. The odor resembled that of an old barn with a hint of rot. Additionally, there was no background music, making the atmosphere uncomfortably quiet. The service was slow, with many patrons waiting a long time for their meals. I might consider giving it another chance, but the smell issue needs to be resolved. It greatly impacts the overall dining experience.

We have a quick lunch on the way back from the Wildlife Park Jungle Cat World. The server was wonderful and our food was delicious. I had the poutin that was great, and my sister-in-law had the best burger.
