Wendy's - Orlando

This place is dirty behind the register. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich (made good). I wait for hot fresh food and still gave me old food. then they gave me my drink with something floating on the floor? I think it was discriminatory.

Worst experience ever today. I usually stop here since location is close to home. Never again. I stopped coming here a few years ago and only revisited during Covid but today was it. No one seems to know what they are doing. You ask a question and get no where. If you are wanting to get points for purchases go somewhere else. The scanner has not worked since June 21. No one seems to have a clue. Ask for a receipt since that is the only way to collect points within 24 hours. Forget about calling customer service since they do not answer the phone or respond to emails.The food is usually good. The apple pecan salad is always tasty but the customer service is just awful. No wonder Wendy's is in trouble.

Worst customer service ever. I would not advice anyone to go to this Wendy’s they messed up my order and the manager was very rude. Wouldn’t even let me finish taking she kept cutting me off.

I got the summer strawberry salad combo, which I didn’t get the fried. But what was worse was when i open the salad the chicken smell really bad. I call a few times before making this post but no one answer the phone.. What a bad service this place have .. I’ll never come back to this place.. $11 that when to the trash..
