Wendy's - Orlando

Most employees here are very rude. the person in the window told me that it will be 4 minutes for my riders and nuggets that I told her it was good. but when the food was ready, the man who gave me my food just poured it to me, but when I told you, he rolled his eyes on me. not something I expected when I just came out of work, all I ordered was an salad with nuggets and fries. even when I saw in my pocket, they seemed as if they had just thrown my food into the pocket when the content was spilled in me. no care or compassion from the employees here. it will never eat here again.

I opened the door and went in and was a manager approached by me. the men told me that the lobby was closed and I had to go (also two other customers were inside.) I announced that I was doing door wings, but he told me that I had to drive what has to wait long. ends up canceling the order as I are not paid to wait and do not want to be bad evaluation for the derivation of cold foods. informs the man I will break, and he informed me that he is still paid no matter what.

There was this lady employee who I ordered i wanted to use the birthday she gave me attitude and didnt attend me for 20 minutes now I know not to come here

Terrible place of business and would not recommend eating here, employees rude af with hearing problems, ghetto and unprofessional if u looking to spend 30 mins in line just to be greeted by someone's dusty ass daughter with a attitude problem then come on down

This is the most disgusting Wendy 's I 've ever been to. The Kiosks are nasty and full of fingerprints. The staff, including the manager on duty was rude and unprofessional. I asked for no ketchup, but I basically received a double without anything other than cheese. I just asked for my money back. Then the manager took his time reversing the transaction, counted the I gave back to the cashier, which was the exact change I was given. They acted as though I did something wrong. The restaurant and several of the staffs uniforms were dirty. This must be new managers, it used to be clean and the staff was pleasant. Stay Away!! Horrible service.
