I've been here many times and never had a problem, friendly service and never had a mistake with my food.

This place is so unorganized. If you go into, there are registers where you suspect you order. Another customer had to show me to order in the direction of the self-service kiosks. There were NO-hand refurbishment stations around the kiosks or in the store and nobody knew the stations. The kiosks are located on the other side of the shop, from where you can pick up your food. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and waited at least 15 minutes. Someone in front of me was waiting for a Crunchwrap for 30 minutes. After I sat down to eat, I realized they didn't put napkins in the bag and there were none that could be found somewhere in the restaurant. Don't waste your time here.

Everything about eating was not bad, but the service was terrible. Everyone was friendly until this short Hispanic woman with glasses, she had no name tag, but I think the staff addressed her as JoJo, was absolutely terrible. This was not my first encounter with her, and she is still rude, not only myself, but other customers after me. I'm always discouraging this place because I don't want to be screamed at all times when I want a cripple.

The place looks clean and nice. The only problem is the customer service is terrible because if you walk into the place and you don't have a mask on they will raise their voice to have you leave. No mask no service no friendliness
