Messed up the order horribly, called back up to red lobster, manager apologized and said he would issue a refund, in 3-5 buisness days. Im still waiting. I've called back and was told by a different manager he would check into it and get back with me but he would send a gift card out to my address.im still waiting on that too. Call back today got put on hold and never came back to the phone .fine keep them lil old funky 30 dollars
When they take your order for the take out, they already have their mind made up as to what you are actually are wanting, manager needs a lesson on customer relations, she said I was yelling, yes I raised my voice because she just kept talking, you should listen to your customer and then invite them back and solve the problem, the woman should work in a bar, good God.
My daughter in law and I visited the Altamonte Springs location on July 2nd....to which we were sat down to a fly buzzing and the waitress killed with her order book. Then there were gnats flying around. We ordered and then discovered there were 2.......2 bugs in my drink........not ever will I visit THAT locationgain
This is more of a comment. You have weekly lunch specials but not for the weekend. If I am willing to come out and eat lunch it should not matter that it is on a Saturday or Sunday.
I found the red lobster in the metro detroit area. use them to eat an salat or suppe now charged for this article. do not want to change a product on my dinner charged ti they change this article. not again after red lobster.
