My experience with us is usually quite good. This place might have trained. I'm not sure if the employee was trained or the manager. Both had no idea what was going on. The manager tried to give a customer a bag of something, and the customer looked at them and said: No. I have my order. My daughter ordered the little hot dogs in the bread rolls. Well, they were so fat, the dog slipped out every time she grabbed one. And the little rolls were burned. How? How are you doing? I have to stop now. Another dog just shot the role and went to a shopping mall. Go safe and get the Cinnamon sticks.

They ran out of Brezeln and there were two people on their backs who did nothing. And they decided to tell us that they ran out of Brezeln as soon as we got up after we had waited in a 15-minute line:

I love Annie's pretzels! They are just so yummy! This place was crowded but the employees were masked and the cashier was washing his hands after every customer! I felt very safe and good about buying my pretzel there because of him! My favorite pretzel is the almond pretzel with cinnamon too!

Delicious and fresh! One of my favorite wicked indulgences.

The shift leader was extremely rude, and due to how rude she was, I ended up just getting a refund. Soo dissapponted. Dont come here. The pretzels have no salt on them, and are not fresh.
