Bidrage med feedbackThe wrap was ok, but the salad is wilted and slimy. I won’t be back for take out again no way to give it back after I’ve left. . For $20, you’d think they’d give you fresh food. I separated the slimy stuff out… 1/3 of the lettuce.
Went to this location with my family for dinner. It was close to 8pm and the restaurant was not busy at all. I am allergic to mayonnaise but really enjoy the chicken wrap. They pre-make the wraps in the morning so have to make one fresh without mayonnaise to accomodate my allergy. Every time I have been to this location it has been a fight to get one made. On this visit the manager flat out told me the owner told her to not accomodate me. I attend various Swiss chalet locations on a regular basis and NEVER have a problem with any location other than this one accomodating my allergy. In addition the manager Melissa was rude and just said that it was the owner and not her. When I asked for contact information for the owner she went and hid in her office to avoid any further conversation. It's pathetic that they let this franchise treat customers so poorly. I will be taking this to head office and encourage others not to dine at this location. After reading many other horrible reviews about this location I am not surprised they won't accomodate a food allergy
The owner will not adjust a single item on the menu even if it is an allergy. For instance no one can order a wrap without mayonaise because it is adjustment. We even specifically went in during off peak hours as to not overwhelm the kitchen staff with modifications. This is not a Swiss Chalet rule because every other location does so without any problem. It is only this franchise because the owner is ambivalent to customer service and lacks compassion for people with severe allergies.
It was the slowest service ever. Waited over an hour for our food. My order was incorrect but I did not want to send it back. Our coffee and tea was cold before the meal came. Our grandson's dessert had to be reminded twice. The said the kitchen was slow sending out the food.
After a very long day , we decided to go for dinner here at Swiss Chalet and had the most enjoyable evening. The food as always is good but the service was absolutely the BEST!!! Thanks Perrin for making our evening an AMAZING one!
