My husband and I ate there on 10/23. I had the chicken fajita skillet, he had the Mexican skillet, each with a pancake. The pancakes were delicious just the right temperature to melt butter, served with warm maple syrup. Both of our skillet dinners (prepared by chef Paco) were cooked to perfection, each layer very tasty, a generous amount of food! The waitress, Montana, was pleasant, conscientious and polite. It’s a pleasure to dine in a locally owned Mom and Pop restaurant, where they really care about their customers!
