Pizza Hut - Orangeville

There has been a significant improvement since my last visit. Hasem was very friendly and attentive as our server. The pizza had a generous amount of cheese this time. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant, including the seats, tables, and counter, still has room for improvement.

I can only give this restaurant 1 star because 0 is not an option. We ordered a pizza online for delivery at 6:20pm. Shortly after placing the order, we received a call saying they were out of pan crust, so we switched to thin crust with no issue. The delivery time was promised for 6:45pm, but by 7:00pm, our pizza still hadn't arrived. When we called to inquire, we were told they were out of ingredients and couldn't fulfill our order. The employee offered us a $15 refund, but didn't seem bothered by the inconvenience or bother to inform us of the cancellation. We declined the offer and were disappointed by the lack of apology for the situation. Our experience at the restaurant was also subpar, as the staff forgot about our order and made us wait 20 minutes for our food. We usually order online to avoid direct interactions with employees, but this experience was unacceptable. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again, as customer service seems to be their lowest priority. A simple courtesy call would have made all the difference in this situation. It appears that they do not value their customers.

When I tried the first pizza hat in orangeville bc, I wanted the filled crust. I was very disappointed, I warned about how cheap they are with the cheese topping, but still ordered. they could actually see that the soße is some place on the top of our two pizzas. I will never buy from this place again. on a good news that personal was amazing.

Such a shame for pizza huts name, this chain has horrible customer service . waited to be seated . meanwhile there was plenty of seating in dinning room . had to go looking for someone to take our order. Long wait . then our food didnt come out together, my son was finishing his meal as we were just getting ours . .
