Burger King - Orangeburg

A friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 jr.whoppers, we get to the window we have to wait 20 minutes and one of the girls is on her phone, instead of worrying about getting the line down. This place demonstrates poor management skills, and customer service skills.

Went to door was told it was drive through only then we went to the drive through sat there cause they wouldn’t take a lady’s order then was told they didn’t have any of what we were wanting then after ordering we waited over 15 minutes for our food only for it to be

Got an original chicken sandwich which are normally really good. The service was slow my sandwich was cold like it just came out of the fridge.

I think only 1 employee was working there at 2pm today and the lady working after no responding for a couple of minutes gonna say “what you want” with the upmost attitude don’t bother coming here

Close it down and start over. Everything was horrible.
