I hired mine and sat me for a while and I started to notice that the people came and with their orders that they were just about 5-10 minutes. I saw over my shoulder and I noticed that a bag pushed to the side and after 30 minutes I waited and that?s when they noticed me and said that my order is ready. You need to get better staff. The two girls who were there didn't even seem to be important to them. Next time I order Flame Broiler. About all bad reviews!

I wish I had a zero star for this. I ordered a sweet and spicy chicken with rice, the lady at front desk put in a wrong order with teriyaki chicken. I took it back to them, they said it?s my mistake. I know I am someone who hates teriyaki chicken, so I don?t know why I would ask for it. They wouldn?t replace my food, but sold it to someone else right in front of me. I was waiting there to order for food again, they took their happy time to take my order and made me pay again. So I get one bowl at the price of 2.

The small rice bowl may be a bit pricey, but it is not overly large. It is just the right portion size. The rice is cooked perfectly and the chicken is tender and moist. They also offer a tofu option for those who prefer it.
