Rainforest Cafe - Ontario

I had not took my family for about 4 years and my little kid remembered thats how cool it is for the little ones and for me and my wife its really good price is up their with stake houses roadhouses. But well worth it.

Great place but pricey. Fish tacos were $18, hamburger $14. Ambience though is great, that is the reason for 5 stars.

I 'll start the review off by saying that Louis is a rockstar! He was not even our waiter but helped out over and over again, bringing us drinks and taking our order even when he wasn 't supposed to. The waiter that was assigned to us (rhymes with Pat and start with 'M ' forgot about us for the first 20 minutes and we never saw him until our orders have been taken by Louis . After that he came by to drop off the check and that was about it. Not sure what his problem was but I 'm 90% sure he was intoxicated as there was a powerful smell of alcohol. The food is great, the ambiance was fantastic but if it wasn 't for Louis this would probably have a two-star rating because all of that was overwhelmed by our poor service.

I love the scenery, its pretty dope! The food drinks were good. I did think the nachos were a lil salty for my liking. I took a friend for his bday the waitress Alex wasnt as attentive as we wouldve liked took his cash over my atm card which bothered me abit said i made her nervous, because i asked her to take my card as she had already done before accepting his cash
