The Dunkin' Donuts located at 104 west, just north of Tops, offers excellent service. The staff is quick and attentive, and they can hear your order clearly. Kudos to them!

The employees are not allowed to keep their tips. The manager left her staff unsupported for three to three and a half hours because she refused to come in, leaving another manager from Webster to cover her store. She has also been known to stretch the truth when hiring new employees. If you apply, don’t mention that you’re available on Sunday or Monday morning, as the store manager will never let you switch shifts—her reasoning? “I’m not there.” Additionally, the store manager has a habit of showing up uninvited to employee parties. She also works alongside her daughter, which means her daughter often receives preferential treatment. While the food might be good, you should seriously reconsider working here, as corporate is unlikely to intervene since the store is a franchise. Now you’re aware of the situation.

I definitely felt ripped off by the woman at the drive-thru window. I've lost my loyalty to Dunkin' for good.

The food is fantastic! However, as a regular customer, I think this Dunkin’ needs to take a closer look at their regular glazed donuts. Every time I visit— which is quite often— I end up getting a donut that isn’t glazed at all.

This is one of the best Dunkin' locations around. The food and coffee are consistently excellent, and the service is fast. They provide outstanding customer service. I've experienced a few mistakes with my orders, but they've always resolved them without any hassle. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist.
