Blue Sushi Sake Grill - Omaha

From start to finish our visit to Blue Sushi Sake Grill was a wonderful experience. Food, drinks, and ambiance were amazing! Our server Jaylyn was very attentive, informative and gave great suggestions. Will definitely return to this spot when in Omaha!

It 's not often that a place hits 5 stars on everything but man....... from the start, walk up talk to the host , dude was nice and got us a table right away..... now I know some of you might think, yea whatever, you just got lucky and they weren 't busy . Not the case, host asked us if we were on a rush or if we could possibly finish in less then two hours. We are actually fast eaters and didn 't want to spend a lot of time there. The simple fact that they have a system in place for people like us sped up our seating (the table they had for us had a reservation two hours later). We get seated. From the start our server JAYLAN was courteous and helpful with the menu. We got our drinks. They were perfect and some of the best drinks I 've had in my life. I grew up in So Cal was into the bar scene hitting up all the good spots plus I 've been to a lot of places regions. Food. Jaylan recommended river rock beef. It was amazeballs. Perfectly seasoned, quality meat. Fast forward, we get all of our food. Everything was scrumptious and superb. Order more drinks all delicious. Service was amazingly fast considering how busy they were. We get the bill. I was prepared for a high one. NOPE!!! It was fair. You get what you pay for. Next time we 're in Omaha we will make it a point to go there.

Delicious day with friends! the salmon was fresh and melted in my mouth! we also had the dipping crab legs for an appetizer. it didn't take long. so good.

Absolutely amazing sushi. fresh, well made and beautifully presented. they have a large selection of special roles. I recommend the pink lady. the workers were very friendly, although they were busy relatiw. my server checked with me several times to see how I did and the manager also stopped. if they are looking for a first-class sushi experience in omaha, this is the place to go.

Great atmosphere and vibes. Sushi was top notch, something I did not expect in Omaha. This was the only restaurant in downtown that had people in it, and now I know why!
