If you just make sure you go with a sub or other menu item when you apply this franchise, this review will not be helpful. Initially, the owners/employees are rude, poorly educated about quality customer service and in general about the company headquarters decision to offer special offers. The actual event that occurred between me and the employee is not as important as the reality that this place does not work for your business. I think her position is that as they are the only subway in Olney, you will protect her no matter how they behave. Just don't say bad behavior. If a subway employee tells you that she doesn't have to make the sand as you asked, that's a good idea that she doesn't want your business. If you have experienced bad behavior from this place, you should not use it for 30 days. I guarantee that things will change better, or we get a better franchise owner. Consider this challenge.
Staff don't understand English very well, except that I had a good meal?
Every single time I have entered that establishment, I am given side eyes, never smiles. I feel rushed and un-welcomed as my order is being taken. And on October 30, 2018, i found a ruler length piece of hair in my chocolate chip cookie, and when I took it back with my receipt in hand, the first reaction I received was that I was lying. I come to them at least 4 times a week because I work in the area. and I always get cookies, 6 or more. They need to work on their safety and cross contamination because it is real in that store honey. Be careful, WATCH THEM THOROUGHLY!
