El Pelut - Oliva

A busy, popular restaurant with a great atmosphere. We had the 3 course Menu del Dia for 12 euros. There was a wide choice for all 3 courses and the food was all very good. This price also included a nice bottle of white wine. The service was very good and we didn't wait long for any course or drinks. We can highly recommend and will certainly return. Excellent value for money!

We were visiting family who live in a nearby village and they took us to El Pelut as it's one of their favourite haunts. We can see why as the food is great and the setting is lovely. The menu de día has a wide choice and everything we had was very good. The cost, which includes a beer, wine or soft drink, is very reasonable cheap.

Had a lovely meal here , visiting purely because of the reviews. The food was lovely and the restaurant was really traditional Spanish …it’s tucked away on a back street in the old town , but it’s worth the journey.. we have already re booked for a few days time. You have to let them know in advance if you want Paella. Also , all meals come with fries and salad , so don’t make the same mistake we did of ordering sides

Todo buenísimo y muy bien atendidos y eso que estaba lleno.

Soy alérgica y cuando voy a restaurantes con tanta afluencia siempre voy con tiento y poniéndolo fácil a la cocina. Pregunté si me podían hacer algo a las brasas y me dijeron que mejor no, así que viendo la cantidad de trabajo que tenían pedí pulpo a la gallega. El plato caro y sin más, poco pulpo para 16,90€, de patas finas e insípido. El menú por 12€ con postre incluido muy bien. El sitio demasiada gente, mucho ruido, pero ágil el servicio.
