Dunkin' - Old Ellicott City

The restaurant has a very welcoming ambiance and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

The food at this restaurant is decent, but the service is terrible. It's not like great service is expected at a Dunkin', but the employees were extremely rude when I tried to use the self-serve option. Even though there was no one else in the store, I received attitude because there wasn't a sign indicating that I needed to use the self-serve. I decided to give it another try, but unfortunately, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes during a slow time just to order two simple items. If you can, please consider supporting a different location that values their customers.

They don’t know how to make coffee properly. I won’t be coming to this location again, they didn’t know how to make a large ice coffee, ask to remake it they did and only added some sugar, didn’t remake it. Horrible experience and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered and paid for a blueberry-filled cobbler donut, but received a plain blueberry donut instead. When I mentioned the mistake, the staff rudely informed me that they did not have the cobbler option.

15 minutes in the drive thru 130pm 2 cars ahead of me. Worst Dunkin experience ever.
