Burger King - Olathe

Waited 15 minutes at the drive through and then another 10 for the food. Worst part it was wrong and I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. Terrible service.

This may be the worst Burger King in America Folks. Avoid this place at all costs. The employees are just lifeless and depressed ALL THE TIME. The lobby is closed.... all the time . And forget about getting fresh/hot food.Decided to try this location once again, (it had been about 6 months). Ordered an impossible whopper meal and also a King Bacon meal.My Whopper was room temperate with brown lettuce, no onion and no tomatoes. And there was also NO mayo. The fries were cold and old as well. You know when you can tell that your fries have been sitting? Yeah....those.......yuck!My partner opened his King Bacon Burger and there was NO bacon on it. I kid you not there was no bacon on it. The onion rings he got were actually tasty. Our drinks tasted like battery acid however.Whoever owns this location needs to fire the entire staff.......shut it down and regroup with people who actually want to work. It may take some time but you can indeed find a group who will be thankful to be employed.The employees at this location are just so ANNOYED to even be there and you can tell immediately at the drive thru when they speak to you. Just terrible.I get that 's it 's fast food and not a dream job but have some PRIDE in everything you do in life. Life is beautiful no matter what you happen to be doing....Know it and cherish it. Last note here: We spent $25.00 for this order and definitely got a refund.We ended up going to Longhorn and getting 2 burgers that were absolutely amazing! Fresh made to order and great service. Our bill was $10.00 more than Burger King.....which is an entirely different discussion.

I put one star because there was no option for zero or negative. I ate there today for lunch but I say I went there to eat I did not eat I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries it was so disgusting I wouldn't feed it to my dog. If I could get them to eat if when I took it back I would do so but there's no way anybody that's human would eat that. Here's a business model for anybody that owns a restaurant or franchises restaurants. if you wouldn't eat it don't serve it. I highly recommend to not eat here at this Burger King.... ridiculous, do you really have to serve a sandwich that's been sitting on the shelf for has to be at least four or five hours cold rubber can't even bite into it cuz it's shell is so hard and the fries must have been from a week ago or something they found on the floor. I'm half tempted to press assault charges it was that vile.

The personal at the car thru window hurried me through my order then into the window to see a woman there who does not wear a bh (confiding someone could easily see this)... under fingernails very dirty, but fortunately she took money and handing bags instead of touching food and baggage orders. only good was the order right and the food was fresh!
