Saltgrass Steak House - Oklahoma City

The dish was excellent, with juicy chicken and great flavors. The baked potatoes were delicious, not mushy or hard, just perfect! The bread and salad were also very good. The meal was reasonably priced and delivery was quick. Overall, it was a great experience ordering from this restaurant for the first time, and I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

I have ordered from this restaurant twice. Both times, the orders were incorrect or not cooked properly. My latest order (today) included a Steak Salad and Gulf Coast Steak Shrimp. The Steak Salad had no steak on it and the potato was undercooked. The steak was overly seasoned. The food was poorly prepared and checked. They also did not answer their phone. I spent a total of $100 and both times the food was of poor quality and poorly checked. I will not be ordering from them again.

We did not receive the Caesar salad or mushrooms that we ordered. We paid for them and would like a refund.

Was so disappointed. Ribs tasted like they were 2 days old. Mashed potatoes and green beans had so much salt we couldn't eat them. To top it off a steak baked potato were completely missing from our order. Not a good impression.

So, the food here is excellent, but I placed an order for a family pack, I selected 3 sirloins and 3 chicken breast, which should feed 6 people, and I selected 2 sides Mac and cheese, green beans and a garden salad with ranch. The steaks were cooked rare, we asked for medium, which they describe as pink throughout, it was pure red (thank goodness I ordered dad a ribeye cooked Med well, or he would have had no food for his 85th birthday dinner!! , the salad was a single serving, which i am not sure how you share with 4-6 people, the Mac and cheese and green beans were maybe a serving for 3 if everyone was careful. I don't understand this, the sides are the cheap stuff they should be abundant, what we had was great, but won't rely on these guys to feed a family again.
