Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This place deserves to go out of business. Expect to wait at least 40 minutes for a smoothie. What an absolute joke.

They didn't want to return my phone call so this is the next step. I've been here five times. Each time was pretty bad but thats the norm these days. This last time was awful. I called during non rush and no answer. Left message two days ago, no call back. Tried calling again to no avail. Thirty bucks on bad smoothies. They were bland, tasteless, huge chunks of ice. The employees always seem like they are miserable for having to be there. I will not return to this location. I never thought I'd write out a bad review for tropical smoothie but here we are. Don't bother replying. You didn't answer my call or return my call when I was clear as day on the voicemail. Now this problem will be made public.

Excellent customer service. Got smoothies and food quickly.

If i could give 0 stars i would. at this point both locations need to close down because neither knows how to make the smoothies correctly. i had them remake a smoothie only for it to taste exactly like the last one i sent back. i didn’t bother getting a refund of my money.

The FWB tropical smoothie is one of the worst I’ve been to. The food was rough, they didn’t have cold drinks, the service was bad. Don’t go to the one on Racetrack Road.
