Some pretty terrible sushi. The kind that makes your tummy feel both unsettled and confused. Sashimi not fresh. Spicy rolls were warm and had the consistency of raw hamburger meat. Tempura batted veggies were bland. Pot stickers bland AND overdone. Service was attentive and friendly and generally ignorant about the menu, which was confusing and kind of misleading.

We had a delightful stay at the charming Lavender Inn and decided to have dinner at Nocciola. However, we were disappointed to find a very limited and overpriced menu, with a $72 steak. We ultimately left and instead tried Sakura, which was recommended by the Inn. It was fantastic! The atmosphere was relaxed with numerous menu options, all of which were delicious. The tuna was exceptionally fresh and the service was friendly and efficient. As it was my husband's birthday, they even surprised him with a delicious dessert. Overall, it was a fun and exceptional dining experience.

This restaurant is a fantastic venue for evening events and catching up after work. The outdoor seating areas are nice.

I really enjoyed the lobster roll paired with a Hoegaarden at this restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is excellent.
