Chef Mom - OHalloran Hill

Bought bak chang from Chef Mom few days ago. It was one of the best bak chang I've ever tasted so far away from home. Texture, taste and shape wise is exactly like the ones I would usually buy from a hawker stall in Penang. Their lo bak is as good as well. Thank you Chef Mom for providing us with such scrumptious delicacies.

We had the stuffed sambal grilled fish specials. Very large portion and it's SO DELICIOUS! Sambal is so authentic, the rice has strong fragrance, fish is beautifully done.

The Nasi Lemak with fried chicken is good (Y) Yummy!

Food was nice, price wise, flavour-good, customer service great, always friendly. They managed to make my husband 'eat ' and fall in love with their Chicken Rice Sambal. The chicken always serve freshly fried. The only thing that could be improved is the portion of Sambal in Coconut rice as Sambal is one of the main part in Coconut rice dishes, the portion for sambal a bit small. Other than that, everything amazing. Definitely will come back and always be our fav shop if we looking for chicken rice.
