Bidrage med feedbackMy wife and I are frequent Betos eaters. You know how you get the craving for cheap mexican every once in a awhile? Well this will definitely hit your spot. The burritos are made with fresh tortillas and tasty ingredients. We will typically get a mixed breakfast burrito if we go there in the morning, and then either the Loco burrito (Beans, rice, carne asada, pico, hot sauce with a little bit of a lemon squeeze) or the carne asada burrito (carne asada, pico and guac) and the loaded carne asada nachos to split. All the food is consistently tasty. The only thing that prevents me from giving them 5 stars is the service/access. The drive through is a pain in the butt to get to, they take forever to make your food, and the inside of the place isn't anything super special. Minor things, really. Other than that, I love me some Betos.
This betos disappoints me often. The service is generally horrible here too. When I ask for extra hot sauce, they'll give me one little small thing of it. They normally don't say much and rush you out even if there isn't a line or other people around. The burritos are generally smaller here and not as good as other betos locations. If I have the choice I'll drive up the street to the location on 36th Harrison I tend to like that one better. However, if you want general betos advice here you go: mixed breakfast burrito, Texano burrito, rolled tacos, California burrito, carne asada fries, quesadillas. Those are my favorites in that order. Get both the green and red sauce. Green is better in my opinion but they mix well together.
Headed to PowMow? Stop off at Beto's for a legitimate Breakfast Burrito which will set you back about $5. The burrito is massive, filled with eggs, potatoes, cheese, and bacon. An unlimited salsa bar. This little taqueria definitely delivered in a place known for having substandard Mexican food. A must when passing through Ogden for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. Thank you Beto!
